One of our Gas safe registered boiler engineers will be with you as soon as possible to ensure that you aren’t without heating or hot water for too long. Typical time is the next working day.
There are some boiler problems that you can fix yourself, such as low boiler pressure, or problems with your thermostat. However, If you think that your boiler’s problem is internal, or is related to gas supply, you’ll need to call out a Gas Safe registered boiler engineer as you may cause further damage if you don’t know what you’re doing, and attempting to fix gas-related problems can be dangerous.
