Some of our plans include callout fees. This means you will be charged if an engineer has to visit your property, but, don't worry ALL REPAIR COSTS ARE INCLUDED in your monthly price.

Frequently asked questions
The amount of repairs covered within your Home Cover depends on the maintenance plan that you choose. Some plans include a maximum of 4 call-outs per year, whilst our Premium, Combined and Landlord cover include an unlimited amount.
When you sign up for one of our plans we may ask to survey your property. This helps us identify any existing problems you may have and fix them before your plan begins.
Any repairs made before your plan begins will invoiced using our normal rates.
If you have a problem with your boiler or any other aspect of your home utilities covered on your policy then you can contact our friendly office team on 0191 406 0888. They'll arrange for an engineer to visit as soon as possible to get you back up and running. Speak to an advisor online, by chatting below.
You can make a claim only 2 weeks after you sign up for one of our Home Cover Plans. During plans, you can call us anytime if you have a problem and we'll send out an engineer as soon as possible.
Depending on your boiler plan, you may be charged a call out fee when you are required to make a claim or arrange a boiler repair. To avoid this fee, you can choose our Combined Plan which covers the cost of callouts.
